As we mentioned to in last Friday’s newsletter we’ve been reviewing some of the races that we’ve been betting into as part of the Pro-Strategy.
Effective immediately, we’re no longer including races where we have 3 horses rated $6 or less as the profitability of these races has been a lot lower than the rest of our Pro-Strategy qualifying races. You will see a slight reduction (around 10% or so) in the number of units bet as a result of this change. There will be many days when we will be more profitable after this change and also the odd day where we will be less profitable but our modelling is clear in that we will be far better off in the medium-long term.
